On Saturday we rode to Ponce DeLeon Springs looking for the fountain of youth.

Here we are riding in Florida!

We went to the Florida District GWRRA Rally last weekend over in Kissimmee. Photo below is an area we rode through on the way there.

It was held at the RadissonAgain we met up with Tom & Kathy Peck, Butch & Judy Royse and Tom & Carolyn Jarrell. We also met up with Alan and Bev Rohwedder from Iowa (back center) We have met up with Alan and Bev since 2006 - first time was Alaska, then Yukon, Canada then the Florida Rally every year since.

We had a great time at the rally - checking out vendors. Bike show.

Looks like we have a lot to catch up on - so I will try to bring us up to date with this one post. I may have to break it into segments though! We have been riding - of course and this picture shows us with Jeff and Pat (our next door neighbors here at the park) riding some Florida road going somewhere. Photo by Linda Church.

Of course we have been out sampling the strawberries around Plant City and south.

We have gone to several different places just having a riding time here!

We had a surprise visit from E-2 riding group who were in town for Daytona Bike week. We told them we were going to go to Pancho Villa's Restaurant in San Antonio. They beat us there!Steve Teal, Phil Taub, Ron Cawein, Pat Marston, Ron Arlinghouse and George Vandal in the photo above.

Wednesday 3/11 we rode to Peck's Old Port Cove for seafood and on the way we met up with the Peck's, Royse's and the Jarrell's - the same copuples we rode to Alaska with in 2006. Also Denny & Jean Taylor (from KY) joined us there!

We are going back to Old Town again (near Kissimmee)

February 25 the day started with a community breakfast at Gator Creek.

Later in the day we rode to get some strawberries at Goodson Farms south of Brandon!

February 19 We rode to Webster with Ron Cawein and Ed and Carol Barski and had breakfast. We were going to ride further north but we had a threat of rain. We cut the ride short and headed back to Lakeland!
